Magento 2 Fixes

Please see list below of fixes:

1. Abandoned checkout is not working
2. We want to change price display to just display the price of each item including the vat not both
3. When we add tracking number to order in admin area its not sending email confirmation to customer
4. We would like the website to notify us when items are running low on stock/out of stock
