Magento 1.9.4 - Fix SMTP Error - Exception message was: 4.7.66 TLS 1.0 and 1.1 are not supported. Please upgrade/update your client to support TLS 1.2

We have a Magento 1.9.4 E-Commerce Store that uses an SMTP PLUGIN to send customers order emails out.
It has stopped working, showing the error below. We are running Plesk with NGinx. Looking to make the changes to fix the issue.
