Magento 2 - Filter Module

We are building a filter module and we need to use our hyperlocal addon extension to simulate a filter that works exactly like this website:

So, the task in brief is to create a module that filters products based on vendor location, category (occasion) and attribute type for products (Gift type)
with back-end configurations,

I have attached the required design for the filter module that would be the same as referenced website above.

There are no additional features required for the filter module at this time.
