Magento 2 : Fedex Ground set zero if currency is CAD and on certain subtotal

Hi guys, I wanna one extension where If current currency is CAD and subtotal of cart is equals 200 or greater than ,fedex ground price would be zero if subtotal less than 200 whatever fedex ground price would be show. YOU HAVE TO MAKE EXTENSION/MODULE IN YOUR LOCAL AND DELIVER TO ME.
