Magento 2: FIX, EDIT our transactional emails

What needs fixing
1. Some of our transactional emails, which aren't all responsive
2. Add footer and header to all transactional email - 14 in total
3. Some footers need to have Magento 2 unsubscribe link/button added for customers to opt-out of abandoned cart emails
4. You will need to test and show all are working when submitting completed work via screenshots for each transactional email.
