Magento Expert For Backend Issues

Need a Magento 2 expert to fix a number of backend issues one by one. Will need quote for each issue after checking.
1- Google Ads tracking not working. We import all data from Google Analytics and the GA tag is installed on the site. All data is coming to Google Ads except conversions.
2- Checkout has errors and is very slow
3- Search Console is showing a number of errors which need to be fixed one by one
