Magento Errors

Good morning. Our magento site keeps going down on our host due to some recurring error (I will provide an error log) and our contact form has suddenly stopped working.

I also think that once these issues are resolved I would like to move it to a different server but it would need to be a seem less transition to avoid any downtime
