Magento 2.4.6 Email Confirmation Issue

I am seeking a qualified and experienced Magento developer to fix an issue with my Magento 2.4.6 installation. Order confirmations are not sending out automatically after a customer places an order, though manual sending works flawlessly.
I have already checked the email settings in the Magento and found them to be correct. Importantly, there haven't been any recent updates or changes to our server or Magento setup that might have triggered the problem. However, we do have several third-party extensions installed.
