Magento Edits - Round Two
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for a magento expert for a very urgent project. My original developer disappeared on me when we started with the 2nd round of site edits.
YOUR task will be:
1) simple edits - rearrange navigation, redesign sidebar (VERY minor), product support if I have questions on adding a couple of products (setting up variables, etc.)
2) add a gallery widget with just 2 pics to start
3) launch - upon approval, copy all edits to live site. List below is ALREADY done...just need to transfer to live site

Initial edits that are complete:
1) Copy current magento site to a staging server – all development MUST be done on staging!
2) Website Edits
a. Delete step drills
b. Add ‘Shop’ link at the top level and move current shop categories under this
c. Move ‘truck trailer parts’ from footer under main ‘Shop’
d. Move ‘about’ submenu to main nav
e. Change ‘about & resources’ to ‘Resources’ – same submenu (without ‘about us’)
f. Add ‘Blog’ to main nav (from top row)
g. Add ‘Contact’ to main nav (from top row)
h. Replace top left menu with phone/address
i. Add nav item – ‘For Manufacturers’ – (blank page – add ‘Content to come’)
j. Home page – hide banner for very small screens
k. Home page – add welcome text blurb under banner
l. Add H1 headers to non-shopping pages where it’s missing (same style as return policy)
m. Increase content text size to 18px / line-height:1.5
n. Make sticky header
o. Remove botton navigation (not needed with sticky header)
p. Fix main nav dropdown, submenu only works which clicking the arrow.
q. DOT page – ‘buy’ button is a broken link
r. Copy sidebar from contact page to about, return policy and new manufacturer pages
s. Remove check/money order payment option
t. Add site header/footer to checkout pages
