Magento/ERP

I'm looking for someone with experience who can help me to connect our ERP (PHC) with Magento 2.

PHC to Magento
Stock > 0 - status available
Order from supplier > 0 - status in transit


Magento to PHC
New order:
- create customer if NIF does not exist yet : Name, NIF, address, country fields
- create customer file with the warehouse according to the order

- Update price

- Update Weight

- Close customer file created when the order status becomes finalized or cancelled.
