We are looking for an experienced Magento 2 developer to create a custom extension for our website (https://poshace.com/). The extension will leverage the Keepa API to automatically update product prices on our website based on various factors, such as currency conversion, shipping, customs fees, and profit margin.
Responsibilities:
Develop a custom Magento 2 extension, following Magento 2 coding standards and best practices.
Integrate the Keepa API to retrieve product information and prices from Amazon.
Integrate a reliable currency conversion API, such as Open Exchange Rates or CurrencyStack, to convert USD to INR.
Calculate shipping costs based on the product's weight (1500 INR per pound).
Add customs fees (30% of the product price) and profit margin (30% of the product price) to the final price.
Update product prices on our Magento 2 website using Magento's built-in product management features.
Thoroughly test the extension to ensure it works as expected and does not cause conflicts with other extensions on our website.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Magento 2 extension development.
Strong knowledge of PHP and Magento 2 coding standards.
Familiarity with Keepa API and currency conversion APIs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
