Magento Designer - Website Developer - Expert Level Needed for two websites

We are looking for a Magento expert who is also good at designing as we need our banners and images to all be created by yourselves. The images need to be at a high level giving it a realistic and professional look. This is an urgent position, and you would need to work under a very tight deadline but still produce premium standard of work. We would need you to work on our Magento sites for both IRELAND and NETHERLANDS without losing any SEO. The websites are half finished due to previous developers being unable to finish up to required standard.
