Magento 2 Custom Modules Development

I'm in need of two Magento custom modules.
The first one will be an event listener for the Mirasvit Magento 2 Reward Points Extension and Loyalty Program. It will send API requests to a specified endpoint after each event.
It has to log the data that will be included in the request and also the from the API.
It has to provide an admin config form that will allow me to set the URL for the external API and an API token to be used for API authentication.
The second module will expose an endpoint to update data related to the Mirasvit Magento 2 Reward Points Extension and Loyalty Program.
It has to store the incoming requests for debugging purposes.
Key Details:
- The first custom module should listen for specific events from the Mirasvit Magento 2 Reward Points Extension and Loyalty Program. These events include Points earned, Points redeemed, and Points transferred. When these events occur, the module should send relevant data as API requests to a designated endpoint.
- The second custom module will update specific data related to the Mirasvit Magento 2 Reward Points Extension and Loyalty Program. The endpoints should handle updates for Customer's points balance and Reward points history.
I'm looking for a Magento developer who is experienced in creating custom modules, has a deep understanding of Magento 2 and its architecture.
You should be adept at working with API requests and have a solid understanding of event-driven programming. Your ability to design robust and efficient endpoints for data updates is crucial.
You must know how to work with a local Docker environment.
Please note that I expect these modules to be well-documented, easy to integrate, and maintain.
