Magento 2.3 and 1.9 Cron Job Issue Fix

I'm in need of a skilled PHP developer who has experience with Magento 2.3 and 1.9 to help me with an issue related to cron jobs on two separate websites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve cron job issues on both Magento 2.3 and 1.9 installations
- Ensure that all necessary cron jobs are running smoothly and at the desired intervals
Recent Changes:
Due to recent changes made to the cron job configurations or code on both websites, some of the cron jobs are not executing at all, while others are not completing successfully. We have moved to a new server where we hired developer to install PHP 7.2 and PHP 5.6 which he did via ppa:ondrej/php. But since then some of the cron scripts are not working fully. Mainly on the PHP 5.6 server where order confirmations, order reminders etc are not sending.
