Need a Magento expert who can setup everything and work on the website:

To start with need these things but will need more stuff as well:
• Delivery only to selected postcodes.
• Customer 2 categories: residential, wholesale.
• Residential customers will have flat rates for all customers.
• Wholesale customers will have 3 categories for pricing: 30%, 50%, 70%.
• Add more customer category option for wholesale customers.
• Import all data from current website if not orders then definitely products and customers: https://theproducespecialist.b2bwave.com/
• For future would like mailchimp integration
• Setup payment gateway: Stripe
• Hosting at AWS
