822 Magento 2 - Ced Commerce Module and Magento Admin. management of banner carousels, mini banners and brands.

1. Na area administrativa do magento deve ser criado o menu :
"Marketing lojas"-> Banners
"Marketing lojas"-> Mini Banners
"Marketing lojas"-> Marcas
2. The three entries must work the same way, notify a grid with entries, filter options, option to manually add a new entry, option to edit the record and delete.
3. The admin type registration must be done considering the fields: image upload (we use s3 native to magento), tag for which site the image will be valid.
4. When registering, the banner must be displayed on all sites that were allowed in the registration.
5.In the seller's CedCommerce Portal module, there must be the same registration as the admin but only for the merchant, and another grid to enable and disable the banners received from the admin. However, the seller can place other banners on the site along with the admin, this rule is valid for banners, mini banners and brands.
