Magento 2 Build Gold Price Extension

we need to create an extension to calculate the price in the admin system based on the weight x gold gram Price (value manually added) + execution price.
we will need the option to update the gram gold price in one place from the backend and it will be automatically updated on the user level.
as admin system i'll add to each product the gram and the execution price, i need to get the final price on the user level.
