Magento 2 Backend & CSS Expert Needed

I'm seeking a skilled Magento 2 backend and CSS professional to troubleshoot and expedite the resolution of some issues I'm currently facing. My Magento 2 has been customized and I'm running into some CSS-related problems.

1. Quick Cart / Mini Cart: When more than five products are added, the cart breaks down and requires a page refresh to function again. Additionally, if customers use Google Pay, the layout breaks—not in the main cart, but in the Quick Cart/Mini Cart settings.

2. Menu Update: A Basket icon needs to be added next to the Account icon in the menu.
Shopping Cart Update: A delete icon needs to be added in the main shopping cart.

3. The mini cart is currently located in the bottom right corner. It doesn't scroll when more products are added, as it's set to default. The other cart option is disabled at the moment because customers have to refresh the page to make it work.
