Magento 2.4 Admin Issue

We have a Magento store but the backend is very slow all of a sudden. In particular the Orders page will not display orders which is creating a problem for us. Access to the magento backend and database will be given. However we believe the issue should be fixable via database only and ideally we want someone to tell us what we need to do in order to fix the problem. $50 max
