Magento Admin Access Troubleshooting

I'm encountering login issues with the Magento Admin. Specifically, I receive a message that I don't understand. This is preventing me from accessing the admin panel and managing my store.
I need a Magento expert to help decipher the message and fix the issue as soon as possible. Ideal candidates should have a deep understanding of Magento, experience troubleshooting admin access problems, and an ability to communicate technical issues in simple terms.
I also would like to be able to fix such items myself in future so I will need to understand where the issue is coming from and how exactly this can be fixed.
I need this asap since I can't access my shop in the backend right now.
