Magento 2 API Integrations (VIN number to Ktype)

I am looking for a Magento 2 developer who can integrate an API that will allow me to retrieve vehicle Ktype information from a VIN number. The project is for an existing business and I have a 2 specific API in mind that I will share with the freelancer. In addition to the API integration, I require the following features and functionalities: - User search by Rego or VIN to get to the Ktype information which will then populate the relevant dropdowns associated for that ktype (currently using Amasty Finder plugin) - The ability to filter products by the Ktype information on the product category pages - Automatic updates of the Ktype information when the VIN/rego number is updated - Ability to save the vehicle to "My Garage" this will avoid future API calls and automatically filter according to ktype to show compatible parts. - Some vin numbers will produce multiple results, so will need a way for customer to make the selection out of the resulting ktype options. - Need a failover method so when nothing is found, the customer can choose using the dropdowns manually (as per current site)
