Looking for a magento custom CSS person

We have a site its almost complete and its running well it needs a clean up in the areas of css. We have a custom.less file that needs to be updated. I really dont want anyone that does not understand CSS or Magento 2 or says they understand it and does not. I have been building web sites for 30 years so please dont apply if you dont understand both back to front. Please send portfolio and experiance. to start with this might be 80 hours work but will build in the future.
