Local Payment Integration Magento Extension

I'm in need of a seasoned Magento 2 developer to create an extension for a single local payment method. While the specific payment methods like PayPal, Stripe, or Square aren't a requirement for this extension, the skills with integrating local payment systems are a must. I'm not interested in incorporating options such as cash on delivery, bank transfers, or mobile payment solutions at this stage. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a high level of expertise in Magento 2 extension development and a deep understanding of payment integrations.
