Landing Page in Magento 2.4

I need a Landing Page type page inside Magento 2.4.3. But I only need the structure (skeleton), as we design in our company. I need to use some basic Magento fields and write to the database itself.
Fields I need on this page:
- Client name
-Email
-Cell phone
