Keyword search result take up to 12 second on Magento despite good result in GT metrix >80 -- 2

We don't need a full speed optimisation here. It has been already done. GT metrix is alread >80

Per the video, it takes up to 15 seconds to load page when we search for a keyword in search bar, or when when we click on category link or use layered navigation product attribute
Good result on GT metrix, appart on resizing picture issue don't come from this.
Hypothesis,
1 Cache configuration issue
1 Website show in developer mode on admin panel despite it show production mode via command line. Saying that because, admin panel show developer configuration/advance/developer
