Install a stronger captcha on magento 1.9 to resolve mail spam issues

Hello, I'm looking for qualified help installing a stronger captcha on my Magento 1.9 website to resolve mail spam issues. See attached screenshots. Your bid should include the captcha product you recommend and why. I do not need sandbox/staging environment testing, so that should be skipped. Additionally, I would like the captcha to be a slider type to further reduce spam, along with any other simple methods to reduce spam instances.
