Install magento 2 PORTO theme on DigitalOcean Server . MUST know MAGENTO2 and PORTO

Hi, Please Install magento 2 PORTO theme on DigitalOcean Server . Magento 2 .4.3 is already installed on the server, I will send over the Theme files - you upload PORTO Theme files and:
Part A:
1. Configure it to one of the DEMO maybe DEMO 4
2. Make sure the changes in Porto Design Settings at the admin level gets reflected on the front end.
Part B:
THEN AFTERWORDS I NEED you to do the following:
3. Configure magento admin settings to ensure Perfect SEO settings making sure you follow all SEO guidelines. I must know what all changes you intend to do on the website Magento admin section.
4. Ensure A Page speed level in GTMetrix Google Pagespeed, etc..
Presently Give quote for Part A only - we will do this first, and let me know your price for Part B - this I will do after a few days once I upload content , categories and products.
REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ME UNREASONABLE HIGH COST, I KNOW HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE TO DO THE ABOVE,
