Install Magento 2.4 Community Edition & Theme

Just needing someone to get the basic theme that I already have installed and ready for me to customize. I've attempted to install Magento 2.4 via softaculous and by downloading and extracting the full zip file via cpanel. However, I keep running into Server Errors, Error 500 etc, so need someone with some experience to correct this issue and just get it installed. I know it's a relatively quick and easy and most likely a permissions thing.
