Individual Magento developer to work on multiple webshops

I'm currently looking for an individual Magento developer for multiple Magento 2 webshops that I manage. The development will be really diverse from adding new features, fixing bugs, keep Magento and the modules up-to-date, migrate to the newest Magento 2 version, theme development, etc. I'm therefore looking for a developer for the long term.
