Index issue and issue with Default Product stock 0

www.ocacia.com Magento 2 I am having issues with index and default product stock on all new products. Hence they do not display on the frontend. I am sure this is a small issue. But I am looking for a good person who can fix ongoing issues like this for all our sites.
Do not bait bid, because it will not work. Please discuss how you can fix my issue and not irrelevant projects you have done
