Identify and Fix Magento2 problems on Magento 2 high server ressources consumption (Cron?)

For this mission, I am searching a senior profile and experienced individual for Magento 2 ressource usage optimization. My website is setup under a shared hosting environment (SIteground), and run Magento v2.3.7. The site is constantly bypassing the threshold of program executions and CPU seconds. I suspect that it is related to the CRONs. But I would like to confirm and audit the performance of the site.
This mission consists, in a first step, to diagnose the root causes of the issue. Check the Cron and the frequency of the server ressource load. Check the Logs and clean them.
Then, in a second stage, to suggest some possible solutions and propose a relevant setup in order to prevent and limit those intensive server loads.
Finally, to implement the corrections that we agreed and document them in the headlines.
I will give priviledge to freelancer who have a strong practical experience in Magento 2 website optimizations.
Having a practical experience of Siteground Webhost will also be seen as a plus.
Speaking language can be English, French or Russian.
