Hiring Full Time Magento Developers - Remote Job
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
Principal responsibilities:
● Develop, test, and maintain applications to specified designs & standards in Magento.
● Develop & implement modern web services using service-oriented architecture, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
● Implement front-end interfaces & experiences with modern HTML/CSS/jQuery as well as on PWA Studio.
● Prototype new ways to interact with cutting-edge mobile and virtual technologies
● Promote and implement software engineering best practices within the team, such as test-driven development, continuous integration/deployment, and code structure.
● Test, troubleshoot, and optimize all application components for performance, security, stability, and scalability.
● Discussion with the client/business team to understand their requirement(s).
● Participate in the Magento Contribution program
● Triage and fix bugs with customer support and QA teams
● Train the subordinate team of developers
● Brainstorm with colleagues to come up with new and innovative products
● Foster cross-collaboration within Scrum Teams, as well as with Product Owners, Sponsors, and
third-party vendors.
● Participate in daily stand-ups, scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning,
retrospectives, user story mapping, and hypothesis testing.
● Initiate learning & development initiatives and knowledge harnessing initiatives
● Assess business requirements and requirements capabilities by engaging business stakeholders.
● Responsible for independently managing assigned tasks
● Create reusable components that can be configured for different projects
● Prior to going live, create test plans and conduct a qualitative analysis of the code
Your critical skills should include:
● Specialization in backend development.
● Strong PHP, MYSQL, OOPS, Javascript, and RDBMS concepts.
● Experience in development, customization, and integration on Magento 2.x
● Developed & managed e-commerce websites using Magento Enterprise/community.
● Should have strong knowledge of MVC architecture.
● Eav Concepts must be clear.
● Good Knowledge of UI components and knockout JS.
● Should have good communication skills.
● Should have technical bent of mind
● Should have problem-solving, prioritizing tasks, multi-tasking abilities
● Should be able to understand and handle tasks independently.
● Ability to work to deadlines & as a team member.
● Should be aware of current Magento coding guidelines.
● Working knowledge of GIT
● Must know about working on Magento theme and its structure
● Must be aware of Magento code flow and Magento core modules.
● Should have knowledge Rest API and graphic
● Experience in React js (Pwa Studio) will be preferred.
● Certified Magento developers will be preferred.
