Help on managing Magento (Italy)
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We need to help one of our clients with some issues about a Magento site used for ecommerce.
We got a list with the periodic operations that they carry out on this site and backoffice with the problems occurred in their development.
1. importing prices, availability, saleability of existing products -> we are unable to load data massively in fields created by us while in already existing fields yes
2. export of the above including other data from product catalog -> export does not work
3. loading of new products -> never done before independently
4. loading coupons -> we do not know well the types of configuration and their effects in terms of coupon behavior
5. export orders for sales analysis -> we are not sure that we are using order statuses correctly
6. loading banners and graphics -> we are not familiar with magento and we are not sure we are doing it correctly
7. import and export of customer data by emailing
8. configuration of integrations with other platforms such as Google Analyitics, Sendinblue -> the tracking of the Facebook pixel does not work well
9. sitemaps update -> about 50% of the visits from the server's linux log are 404, the technicians tell us not to worry because they are robots and the sitemaps are old
10. modify page layout and functionality -> we are not familiar with magento and are not sure we are doing it right
feed export vs. Google Shopping -> we do it manually because the scheduled operations sometimes do not work as planned
Feed export vs. Facebook -> very heavy feed, we need to find a different architecture
Feed export vs "Trovaprezzi" -> never done before, to see
What we need is some hours with a real specialist to explore the list of needings/issues and prepare our specialist (in ecommerce not on Magento) to help the customer. Furthermore we are planning to build a Magento area in our company so we are interested in establishing a lasting relation with external Magento specialists.
