Help configuring Magento API/ODBC connection

We are using a custom connector (Devart) for SSIS which help us fetch the data from Magento 2.0. For some reason, we can not view the data in sales order table and some of the table (support ticket table) is not visible to us. We asked the expert and they said the connector is fine but there is something wrong with the API/connection method. We need someone who understands the Magento and helps us connect the database get fetch the data from the sales order table.
