Google Ads Optimisation - Google Tag Manager / Analytics Setup (Magento 1) + Affiliate Tracking

Step 1:
Setup Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel & other Tracking within Magento 1
IF You Can NOT Setup the required tracking codes / extensions within MAGENTO 1 - Do NOT BID!
I have wasted time with several "companies" that have failed at this 1st hurdle, so you MUST confirm in your bid that you know how to Implement the tracking and setup the required accounts correctly.
Step 2:
Once the Tracking / Analytics is all setup correctly, I would like to switch our Google Shopping to SMART SHOPPING campaign.
Step 3:
We then want to look at optimising our ads & keywords, we have a few years worth of data so this will make things easier & we are #1 in our niche so we know what works for us and what does not.
We are looking for someone who is at an ADVANCED level when it comes to Ad Setup & Optimisation as we want to expand our reach.
Step 4:
We would also like to advertise on BING, INSTAGRAM etc.. so those with knowledge of this is also an advantage.
NOTE: generic bids will be ignored, please showcase your expertise when it comes to Google Ads / Tracking etc. & More Importantly Magento 1 / 2 knowledge to implement this.
