Flutter, integration with backend server

EXISTING FLUTTER APP (no work in Magento - please read this twice before you respond)

I need TWO flutter app developers who knows how to make screens with:
Developer 1:
1. For card payments, you should have used Stripe SDK and then add it to the Magento order process.
2. apple and google pay
3. notifications, coded and done, but now you need to link it to the sales screens
4. banners in the app with links to the sales screens
5. add a flutter widget to some screens
6. the previous developer "repaired" things and removed background loading and login and store it. Must be restored.
Timeline: approx 10 days (rather towards 7-8 days if you are a good developer)
Developer 2:
1. demerge functionality from one screen and create a new and then add that old functionality into that screen
2. go through and solve shades and colours thatare delivered by the API and make them visible in the main screen.
3. Add some values to sort the shades in the correct order.
Timeline: approximately one week
You should have experience in all areas.
Specifically, the CARD payment is a must
Qualifying questions:
1. Have you worked with Magento and Stripe SDK in flutter?
2. Have you used Magento Standard APIs and created orders and invoices?
3. how many eCommerce projects with Magento 2.4 as a backend have you done? (no Magento work at all, but integration with Magento APIs)
4. How many payment gateways with stripe in flutter have you done?
5. How many firebase messages in mobile apps have you done?
Please respond with numbers and not "I am experienced with many XXX"
I provide the APIs and Magento server backend.
