Fix magento 1 price&stock auto-update

We have a magento 1 installation that was migrated from one server to another. Since the migration, the auto update of price & stock does not work anymore. We recieve via ftp every night a xml file from our supplier that looks like this: <Goods ID="96" NR="1000003654" PRICE="48.2700" IN_STOCK="0" UNIT="pcs"/>
where nr is sku from magento, so we need to update price and stock for products. I don't know if script is still available or it was just a cron job line. We need to restore this. Magento 1 available with cpanel access.
