Fix Magento 2 website checkout shipping issue and additional one things

I am seeking magento expert who can solve below double issue

I have maintenance my client magento 2 store website

But we had figure out double issue in our website
1. the issue of shipping method in checkout page. we have used ShipperHQ 3rd party for delivery method
You can experience the issue in dev website

2. The issue of Checkout order manually in admin panel by credit or debit card
