Fix Magento 2 Table Issue - Can't Duplicate Products or Change & Save Attributes

Unable to change and save an attribute or to duplicate a product. Admin hangs up if either of these is attempted. Project is to resolve underlying issue(s) so both of these functions work as they should. One additional bit of information is that two CED Commerce extensions were recently installed (eBay and Amazon integrations). Magento worked fine before extensions were installed so problem could be related to this installation.
