One of our Maento powered websites is not reindexing data.

The following error message appears:
No webhook events have been received for: Default Store View (Live Mode) - Please ensure that your webhooks URL is externally accessible and your cron jobs are running.

We need this problem fixed and the ability to manually reindex within the Magento backend.

Specific Requirements:
- Fix the issue causing errors in product display
- Ensure that the website reindexes properly
- Identify and resolve any underlying issues causing the errors
- Add the ability yo manually reindex data to the Magento backend
