Create firebase push notifications that are following schedules in different areas
1. Banners that are scheduled, date time is set in a special table. Read and push notifications when the banner is changing.
2. deal of the day, collect date to see if it is a deal of the day today.
The job above is to connect to the table and simply just get if each area has a deal today or not. If deal/banner, then send Notification.
