Firebase - set up notifications for us

We need someone to set up push notifications through Firebase for us - we have purchased a PWA extension for our Magento 2 site but the instructions (https://www.knowband.com/blog/user-manual/magento-2-pwa-user-manual/) that have been supplied appear to be out of date so we need someone familiar with Firebase to set this up for us. Maximum $30 spend, don't waste your time or our bidding over that.
