Finish Magento Website - (CSV Import + Modify homepage )

I need someone who can finish the magento website i'm doing.
things to do are:
- We have 1 csv file with 38k products, i also have the third party provider who give us the XML where we can retrieve images and description. Join the csv of products with images and description.
- Import the finished CSV files with products.
- Change Things in the homepage. ( Related products, subscribe to newsletter etc.)
Magento is already installed, theme is already installed, everything is already running on web.
