Finalizing Magento project's tasks

MaiAsia is a Magento e-commerce project were delivers millions of products from China to Latin American customers providing a full solution regarding to shipments, consolidations, taxes and duties. The website is using an API to get all product's information in live. ??
At our final development stage, we are forced to look for a developer who can collaborate with our head developer in diverse tasks:
??Optimize home and overall website's performance.
??Fix "search by image" feature for better results.
??Automatically assign weights to all products in order MaiAsia can charge shipping fees.
??Improve text searches. Currently the API has a search algorithm which is not very effective and needs to be changed for better results.
??Add recommended and not expensive chatbot.
??Link Magento to a plugin/WMS (or whatever) in order warehouse operators can check Magento's orders live. Currently we are manually moving manually all orders to a Google Drive sheet so operators can check all order's status but this is a tedious task.
??Add a WhatsApp order confirmation for clients.
*We are in charge of the business but we lack of IT knowledge. Furthermore, we will tell you specifically what are our needs but all technical aspects will be discussed with our head developer.*
