Facebook Pixel and Conversion API troubleshoot and fix

We have two site that need the Facebook pixel fixed - purchase event is missing value and currency parameters for some events. We also would like both pixels setup for conversion API. Sites are Magento v2 and Conversion API would be through GTM.
