Extract data from 2 eshops. Magento and zencart

we have 2 eshops. We will replace those eshops with new. We now want to extract data from both those platforms. We need 1 excel file for each ehsop. We also need the pictures of each eshop saved in a folder, each picture with filename the code of the product (which is in excel file). We will provide cloud storage or ftp to upload us the pictures. We have access on both accounts (zencart and magento).
