Export CSV Magento 1

Hi, I'm Laura from 500cosmetics.com, we need to be able to export a CSV of the product and that it be updated twice a day on the FTP, we also need only the product SKUs that we want to be exported, not all the products.
This page is created with Magento 1.
Magento comes with the option to download and update via FTP, but we can't get it to connect to FTP or export only the skus we want.
