Expert Full Stack Magento Developer for Overwrite Extension, Extension Upgrade and Optimization

Project Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Magento certified developer to prepare a site to go live. This includes overwriting and upgrading various extensions from vendors like Xtento, Mirasvit, Amasty, etc., and optimizing the Magento site for speed and efficiency. Transitioning to the Hyva theme may be a possible secondary objective (we can discuss). Before going live all modules and magento need to be up and have no outstanding issues and no bugs.
Scope of Work:
1. Extensions Overwrite:
● Safely modify/overwrite Magento extensions.
● Guarantee that modification does not affect the functionality or integrity of the website.
2. Extension Upgrades:
● Carefully review and upgrade existing extensions from Xtento, Mirasvit, Amasty, and other vendors.
● Ensure that the upgraded extensions are compatible with our current Magento setup.
● Address any issues related to extension conflicts or incompatibilities.
3. Testing and Quality Assurance:
● Conduct thorough testing after each upgrade and Overwriting to ensure all features work as expected.
● Fix any bugs or issues that arise during upgrade and testing.
● Ensure that the website remains stable and secure throughout the process.
4. Speed Optimization:
● Analyze the current website performance and identify areas for speed improvements.
● Implement performance enhancements including, but not limited to, caching, image optimization, code minification, and database optimization.
● Achieve a significant improvement in website loading times.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
● Provide detailed documentation of all changes made to the site.
● Regularly report progress and any challenges encountered.
6. Possibly a Hyva Theme Transition (secondary possible objective, not primary):
● Possibly transition our Magento site to the Hyva theme.
● Ensure that all functionalities and extensions work seamlessly with the Hyva theme.
● Maintain the integrity and aesthetics of the website during the transition.

● Magento Professional Certified -valid, active and verifiable
● Proven experience with Magento development, specifically in upgrading and overwriting extensions.
● Strong understanding of Magento architecture and best practices.
● Strong experience in custom coded extensions and modules.
● Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
● Experience in optimizing Magento for speed and performance.
● Excellent problem-solving skills, bug fixing and attention to detail.
● Good communication and reporting skills.
● Must be on time and to schedule. No excuses!
