Dropped Baskets

I am getting a lot of dropped baskets on the back end of my Magento 1.9 website. I need someone to check my website on numerous devices and on multiple browsers to identify where the dropped baskets are occurring. I also need you to contact the customers who dropped their baskets to get them to explain what their technical issue is. You spoken English must be perfect as all my customers are in Ireland. You can see from the attached file I have had 46 dropped baskets this month alone. I need a checkout expert to analyse my one step checkout and ring my dropped basket customers from this month to figure out what is going wrong.
