Deluge programmer for ZOHO Commerce feature

We are in need of a Deluge program to custom write a feature from our ZOHO Commerce Website. We are VERY SLOWLY, painfully, moving our website from Magento to ZOHO Commerce. Many of the features we currently use as extensions in Magento either aren't standard or aren't supported. The first feature we need to create in ZOHO Commerce is a contact for delivery button. We we need starts in ZOHO Inventory. We need a special field there to have a check box for items that are discontinued. If the box is checked it will correspond with ZOHO Commerce in which the "ADD To Cart" button will be disabled and replaced with a button that says "Contact For Delivery". Once the button is clicked a simple mini form will pop enabling the user to enter their email address and type a small note. You ask why we need this? First we do not want to allow customers to purchase discontinued items - secondly because we are in a very niche market we never like to remove searchable SKU's We still want customers to search all products so we can sell a replacement
